We have 2 dates for MIS Jul.3 and Sept.25 I believe on the 1/2 mile. How many people would be interested in a couple nights on the 1/4 mile as well. This way we can run both tracks this season.

Sorry Mark but after racing on the 1/2 mile last year, I would have to say no to the 1/4 mile! The big track is way to much fun. Not sure if anyone that was there was not happy with the big track.

Guys im stating running on the 1/2 for the original dates and maybe two other dates on the 1/4 mile to change it up for the fans showing we can run on both tracks. I wasn't geared right for the 1/2 mile last time but will be for the this year.

Mark, just my two cents, but for the two dates that are on the 1/2 mile, we will be there. If there were additional dates on the 1/4 mile, we would not. I've ran that track once, and have no desire to do it again.

The Internationals and Short Trackers put on great shows in 2008 and seemed to handle the half-mile pretty well. If we know there's interest we will definitely consider additional dates. You guys were fun to work with and we look forward to having you back at MIS.

We would like some feedback as to what a realistic feature length on the half-mile should be for Internationals and Short Trackers.

The quarter mile "Ring of Fire" will be slightly reconfigured this year to bring the cars out of turn four more towards the flagstand and off the inside wall.

I would have to say that what you ran us last year was great. Think it was like 20-25 laps maybe. I know that there will be more car this year for the date you have for us. Maybe a few more would be nice.

yes i know there will be a few more car out there this year. at least there should be. for what i have sean and heard, jeffersons INT class will have at least 5 - 8 more cars. that should put us about 20+ cars now. i think. i know of 4 cars for sure. i think the racing will be better then ever in this class this year. lets hope so.

John, the feature lengths we ran last year seemed to work great. This division is growing rapidly at Jefferson. We already have inspected about 8 or so cars for rookies. We are expecting an average field at Jefferson of 24+ cars a night.

I think if we get 20 or more cars to show 25 laps for a feature and 20 if less than 20 cars! I think we need 2 stay on the half mile! I think 5 races is a good number plus end of the year show! If theres anything i can do 2 help promote the 2 dates we have already and possible additional dates I'm willing 2 do anything!
