A great night of racing! nobody seemed to destroy a car.One pretty serious that i saw, But I heard it was a mechanical failure that wrecked him?? there are a couple that need some body work, some other mechanical failures but no huge wrecks. the LM feature had two of the biggest wrecks i have ever seen not happen. the 87 going up and over the lr of the 57 and the two continued on and neither lost a spot!
Jefferson speedway never disappoints

Craig, we'd love to have you. The International division has finally arrived, with 25 cars on opening night. Haven't had that many in probably 10 years. What kind of car you building?

I will say this, it was a heck of a night. A few things should not of happened but did. Thats racing. U can tell its been a while sence everyone has been racing. For some it will come back to them and for others, it will just get better for them. i can't wait for next weekend.

From a fan's perspective, Jefferson's opener was a great night of racing at a fan friendly price. The internationals have always be a favorite of mine and to see that many cars for the opener was awesome. There were some opening night moves that were probably caused be cabin fever or inexperience....but that's racing!

I will be in Florida during next week's race but will be back for the 16th....good luck to all the crews and drivers for the 9th! Jefferson Speedway truly is a great place for us die hard short track fans!!!
