CCRA
Yup. 7 voters showed up, 4 for disbanding, And Jen,Steve and I for trying to save it. There goes one of My favorite tracks. Been there as a driver or car owner since 1990. Only missed the year I was kicked out. Also the Fall Classic is done there too. This is NOT the fault of the fair board on either part. They bent over backwards to help us. For this I thank them and wish them luck with the track. Assets will be sold to pay part of our debt owed to different people. Thank You to the CCRA board for all You have done to preserve racing in Chilton.P.S. It's 2010 that We will not race

If CCRA is done, does that open the door for someone else to promote races at Chilton ?

The Fairboard said They would consider any proposal presented to them. Wanna run a track Brian? Give it a shot.

Fair board
The board is also open to a limited scedule season for 2-4-6 or 8 nights. Sure hope someone steps up to the plate. If anyone is intrested in this, I will help in anyway possible. Let's keep racing at the Chilly bowl. Jim Bucher, You game for this? Hey You'd have a home track Buddy. "Homer"

My plate is pretty full as it is, between Real Estate and expanding the parts business, add on to that the additional car and moving the engine work in house, nobody would get the attention they deserve.
Promoting is something I have always wanted to do, though I do believe my wife would have me painfully dismembered at this point in time if I were to even mention it

Chilton
LOL don't want that. Was just a shot to get some quality people in there to do a top notch show. If I had the bucks I'd do it. As everyone knows I've got lots of time on My hands. "Homer"
